Terms of Service

1. The service

ScaleTrack provides ad tracking, attribution, campaign management and customer support tooling for advertising teams, accessible through the web application, the mobile application and the API. These terms form the agreement between you and ScaleTrack when you create an account or use the service.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Workspace owners control who has access to their workspace and at what role.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you bring into ScaleTrack — campaigns, creatives, store events, support conversations and everything derived from your traffic. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (including any required visitor consent) for the tracking you deploy on your own websites.

We work to keep ScaleTrack fast and available, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleTrack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits or ad spend decisions made on reported data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
