What happens when my free trial ends?
After 14 days, your plan automatically activates at the price you locked in. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
Is Campaign Launcher really included in every plan?
Yes. Campaign Launcher is included with every ScaleTrack plan at no extra cost. Create and launch Facebook campaigns directly from your dashboard – no Ads Manager, no third-party tools.
What does "price locked forever" mean?
The price you see today is the price you’ll pay as long as you’re a customer. We don’t increase pricing on existing accounts. If we raise prices in the future, your rate stays the same.
How do premium ad accounts at 2% work?
ScaleTrack members can access premium Facebook ad accounts with a 2% spend fee instead of the typical 8–10%. This is available for qualified spenders – your account manager can share details during onboarding.
What happens if I go over my event limit?
We’ll notify you before you hit your cap. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time, and your new locked-in price will reflect the upgrade. We don’t charge surprise overages.
Can I request custom features?
Yes. Custom features are included on Team (1 feature) and Enterprise (3 features) plans. Solo users can request features too – we evaluate every request and build what makes sense.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Start your 14-day trial without a credit card. You’ll only be asked to add a payment method when the trial ends and you’re ready to continue.
